The Park is Sherwood's largest park, owned by Nottingham City Council. It covers over 20 hectares, comprising of open grassland with mature trees, woodlands and gardens, plant nursery, tropical house, pitch and putt, Grade II listed Building, kitchen gardens and dell/sunken garden, play area and football pitches.
It's also home to a tropical house with the chance to enjoy exotic plants from around the world, whatever the weather. The sounds of running water and the fragrant flowers of plants such as Jasmine and citrus are a delight to the senses
